Our cuisine is attentive to everyone's needs and it will be satisfied by a combination of regional/nonesa nationally and internationally cuisine.
We provide also for those who stay in hotel in Half board or Full board a choise of 3-4 courses for the first and for the second. There is always a buffet of fresh seasonal vegetables raw and cooked. Moreovere there is a buffet of cakes, which are stricktly baked from out kitchen. Drawing from the multi-year schools and then with the children/teenagers, we are equipped for food intolerances as CELIAC (we have got even ice cream!)
The breakfast of Ms. Teresa are also very famous. It provide you the needed energy for tru "mountain", which are rich in local products such as biscuitis, apple, speck Trentino DOP, Mortandela DOP, honey and many others. There are accompanied by boiled eggs, cheese Predaia of huts and lost more! What a great revival!!!
The little ones will have their own set lunch-dinner in colored plastic, therefore no worries if you drop something down!
